Within the framework of the international scientific conference, 7th International Symposiumon Bee Products and Annual Meeting of the International Honey Commission (IHC), an oral presentation of the paper dedicated to honey quality standards and risks of use was accepted antibiotics and the development of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in strains Paenibacillus larvae, the causative agent of American bee brood rot. The topic highlights the risks to one health approach (OH) emphasizing the importance of public health communication in the context of beekeeping and veterinary medicine.
